Two of our experienced Consultants will meet with you at your home to explore internal and external presentation areas. Whilst no-one knows your home like you do, our Home Stylist and Building Adviser give a fresh perspective and ensure no stone is left unturned. This initial consultation is primarily for briefing, taking detailed notes and photo’s and usually takes around one hour.

This is followed by a review of all data and photo’s at our office to compile your written Presentation Report. A return visit is then scheduled to discuss the report with you.

The advantage of this is that you receive a professional service that will provide you with a detailed written report offering a variety of recommendations on how to best present your home for sale, without obligation.

This report provides the framework. It’s yours to keep.  We will be happy discuss the report in greater detail with you and organise a no-cost, obligation free costing on all or any of the recommendations in the report. You can also choose to undertake all or part of the work yourself.
